Selamat Hari Selasa kepada semua!
Hari ini saya akan share mengenai satu produck penjagaan kulit yang baru saya temukan dan saya rasa mahu mencubanya.

Happy Tuesday everyone!
Today I'm going to share with you one skincare product that I want to try. Usually I will never change from The Face Shop but I don't think I will go for that anymore, I need to find something cheaper and good one. The Face Shop has been the best skincare I ever use but nowadays it's expensive for me. So, I decided to change and let's see.
So, here is the products.

Wardah White Secret Facial Wash

Wardah Aloe Hydramild moisturizer cream

For the record, here is my face before I use this product. If it's work then I will share the before-after photos.

For now, let's check this product out.

After all these...

Happy Sunday~
First of all, this is not post about my wedding invitation. I plan to keep all that behind the scenes. Today, I want to talk about these beautiful cards from my friends/ colleagues. I need to make a record in my blog.
These past years, I received a lot of wedding invitations like you can see in the photo.
Everyone already gets married and if God willing, I will do same soon ( pray hardest for this).
When I saw these cards lately, I become very emotional. I don't know why. I just feel so emotional.
I always become uninspired lately.
I miss the creative mind of mine.

Am I normal to feel very emotional as the months go by?

Love,
Aya

Ready or knot?

I’m sorry for not post about this article as I promised on IG. I posted about mental awareness among Youth. You can read it on previous post.
Also, since marriage topic is serious topic so I want to read many times what I write before I post it. Its sound serious but yes it is. So, on this post I will share my perspective of marriage.
If you asked me, how do I feel for this moment?
Honestly, I am nervous and don’t know if we can make it until the big day. A lot of thing can happen, right? But, my prayers every day is we can make it and everything will go smoothly.

What is marriage to me?
Marriage is a covenant relationship between one man and one women that gives a picture of Christ’s loving relationship with His bride, the church.

What makes a great marriage?
Since I’m too nervous for this marriage, I choose to spend my every morning to read marriage devotional. It the only way I calm my nervousness.
So, here what I learn so far from the devotional. What makes a great marriage.
God did not create marriage to make you happy. Happiness might be the by product of a godly marriage, but God never promised that marriage will make you happy. No human relationship will ever fulfill you, bring you ultimate happiness, or complete you.
If you don’t have a biblical view of marriage, then you are likely to seek a way out once your spouse disappoints you. You will have unmet expectations. Your spouse will let you down and you will let your spouse down. When this happens, your foundational view of marriage will impact the actions you take and the way you respond. Because God’s love for you is not dependent on your actions, your commitment to your spouse shouldn’t be either.
Building the foundation to a life-long marriage requires a willingness to tackle the hard topics with your significations other before the vows are exchanged.

Now, I’m in the most important stage in my life.
I surrender everything to God. I don’t know what will happen. If its happen, I am grateful and always do my best. If its not happen, I’m thankful too. I always know God’s plan is better.
But, I secretly cry and down if its not happen ( sorry God). I am human after all. What can I do now is pray and work hard to make it happen and really get ready for this next level of life.
Finally, please bring us in your prayers. We surrender everything to God.

Love,
Aya

Mental health awareness

Hi there~
First of all, thank you for visiting and read my blog.
Today, I will share a heavy topic. I think I really need to talk about this.
If you follow me on my IG (@keriitleto), you already know that, on my previous week, I did share about I feel so depressed because there are so many things to think of, to handle and I feel so messed up. I usually talk about anything with my fiancĂ© but that week I've told him I really feeling empty and lost but I don't know why and what. Still, I turned to social media and share about my struggling but not too much because I want to cover up. I want the show that I am struggling or I'm not okay. I am really not okay.
I messaged two of my best friend ( Marina and Usun), I told them how I feel. Thank God I've best friends that always understand me. At the same time, one of my good friend,  Gogila also messages me to ask me whether I'm okay or not. I really appreciate it. It makes me realise to be more aware of what happens in my friend life. It's not I posted on social media for attention but I feel a bit relieved when I shared there. But, still I want to find the real solution for my life issue so I message my friends and ask for help.
We can't deny the power of social media nowadays. This week a lot of terrible news like...

The suicide of a 16-year-old teenager in Batu Kawa, Sarawak
Celebrity cheating on his wife ( I can't believe I follow this...haha)
The killing nurse at Hospital Serdang...
Terrorism attempt...
PTPTN issue or whatever...

I think the world is about to explode!
The one that really catches my mind, the suicide of a 16-year-old teenager in Batu Kawa, Sarawak.
When I'm reading the news and details the story, oh my God! She just 16 years old. She apparently committed suicide, after 69% of pollsters on her Instagram account supported her decision to end her own life. Nowadays, everyone actively on social media. Whenever there's a problem in their life, most people will tend to share it on social media just to 'relief' their problems but actually, the reality is not relieved at all. The problems are still there. So, when there are problems, don't try to relieve it on social media. I know, it's your choice and it is up to you on how you handle your life problems but everyone wants the solution for every problem we faced in our life so need to find the real solution for real problems.
Now, the things already happen and the teenager already has gone ( condolences to family).
So for us, there lesson that we can get from this matter is, I will break it into two categories.
The one that feels not okay
1. Take care of your mental health
Don't think too much.
I know it seems very easy to say that word. I've been so messed up last time and I can't stop think and blame myself.

2. Please do seek help when you feel hopeless
Those in trouble or need someone to talk to can call the Befrienders KL at 03-7956 8145, 04-281 5161/1108 (Penang), 05-547 7933/7955 (Ipoh) or email sam@befrienders.org.my.
For Christian Youth, you can find me on Facebook or Instagram ( Keriitleto).

3. Please be aware of your posting
If she/he posting something depressed or dangerous, please contact her.

4. Keep active
Don't be alone. Go out with friends or family.

5. Keep in touch
Whenever there are problems, don't try to avoid friends or family, please keep in touch.

6. Take a break
Life can be some overwhelming sometimes, so take a break!

7. Do something that you good/ make you feel good
For me, I love eating so whenever I feel stressed...arghhh, I will eat so much. That makes me feel good. But, usually, I will blog. It makes me feel really good.

8. There's HOPE
Don't forget, you still have HOPE!!
God is in control.

The one that knows your friend is not okay.
If you have a friend that having a problem, here what we should do.

1. LISTEN
Please make time to listen to your friends. No harm when you listen to others.
Always make time to listen to your friends/family no matter how silly is that.

2. Care
Care about people around you. We don't know what's going inside their heart so care to each other.

3. Aware
Please please be aware of your friends too. Don't just care but aware! Whenever they posted something on social media, if the post seems something wrong or depressed, please reach them out by message or reply.

I hope this article will help someone that feel depressed now and help us aware of our surrounding.

Thank you for read my blog.

Love,
Aya

Happy Monday!

But, sometimes I wonder why Monday become Monday blues? Do you know why? if you know, please comment below.
So, to cure my Monday blues, I love to think about what I did with my fiance on the weekend.
One of the best things I did on weekend is going accompany (teman) my fiance at the barbershop. I love going there with him, it's our monthly to-do now. I love going there with him because I got to see the process of him becoming a handsome man and the first one witnessed it...haha. I love the feeling of seeing him with a fresh new look and he is my man!
So, here is the photo of him at barbershop this month. I love to share this journey every month.

As always, my love always camera shy!
I love take a candid shots of him and laugh at him after that.
This is simple thing that make me happy!

I love you,my dear!

Aya
